suffolkpcsupport is run by Keith Flynn; I have over fifteen years of IT experience in both the public and private sectors. I take pride in seeing a satsified and happy customer at the end of every visit as we all know how frustrating computers can be at times.

Are you available evenings and weekends?
Yes, appointments are available for evenings and weekends.

What do you charge?
Services are charged at fixed rate of £25:00 for the first hour and £10:00 for every 30 mins thereafter. We only charge for the actual time spent repairing your fault.

Is there a callout charge?
There is no callout charge, all costs are included in the price.

What method of payment do you accept?
I accept cash or cheque (with a valid guarantee card). You will be provided with a full receipt detailing the work undertaken.

What happens if you cannot repair my PC?
I will aim to solve all your PC problems.  If I am unable to fix your PC you will have nothing to pay; but if the repair involves a new part you do not wish to purchase the charge will stand.

Do you repair laptops?
Yes I can repair all software related issues and carry out hardware upgrades (e.g. new keyboard, memory and hard disk upgrades).

How long will it take to repair my PC?
Its difficult to say but most repairs can be completed within the hour.
More complex jobs can take longer (e.g. Home Network Setup, PC Installaton and Health Check). If the job is going to take some time I may suggest taking the item away for repair. I will always inform you of an estimated timescale before the job is undertaken and I will keep you up to date with the progress.
